Booking terms

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings via our website. If you booked through an intermediary (e.g. Booking.com), their terms may also apply.

Booking, confirmation and payment

After we receive your enquiry we will check availability and agree payment with you. Written confirmations we send are binding.

Cancellation terms depend on the date and type of offer; they will be stated in the booking confirmation or a separate agreement.

Specific property rules (check-in/out, deposit, pets, quiet hours) are available on request via contact before arrival.

Guests are liable for damage to the property beyond normal use. Follow the host’s instructions and safety rules.
